The apartment was spacious and perfect for a wheelchair user; the bathroom was easily accessible. Ideal size for a family of four, but some improvements needed. The service was excellent and went above and beyond. The location was convenient for accessing Melbourne attractions, with some minor drawbacks. The dining experience was disappointing, but facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel was great for our weekend stay with very helpful staff, but the rooms were in a state of disrepair and could be a lot cleaner. Despite some cleanliness issues, the staff made our stay enjoyable.
The hotel is in a perfect location for our visit, clean and tidy, but the dark rooms and tiny bathroom were a downside. Paid extra for a balcony that turned out to be just a narrow walkway. The service, though, was friendly and helpful, and the dining experience was value for money with fresh fruits and juice.
